Library Resources Awareness Programme

The Library of Bhaskaracharya College of Applied Science organized a library resource awareness programme for the 1^st year students. The programme is scheduled in the AV room on 27^th February 2023. The event was aimed at educating the students of the college, especially first year regarding workings of the library and encourage them to use the facilities. Students were divided in three batches to facilitate interaction and with the help of a detailed presentation each batch was made aware about the various facilities available at the college library. 102 students along with faculty participated in the programme. A detailed QnA session was organized towards the end of each session where convenor Library Committee, Prof. Sidhharth Sirohi and Librarian, Ms. Geeta Papnei addressed the queries raised by students.

The Library organized a  workshop on Assessing Online DU Library Resources & Aspects of Similarity Index on October 5, 2021

Dr. Rajesh Singh. Librarian, Central Library, DU and Dr. D.V. Singh , Former Librarian, Central Library DU were the resource persons in the workshop. 47 participants attended the workshop.

The College has developed Brahma APP indiginously for handling various utilities such as Time Table, Budget, Feedback, Attendance etc.  Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor Prof.P.C.Joshi luanched the app on August 15, 2021 in the presence Dean of Colleges Prof. Balaram Pani
